Yangxian Xishan Is In Full Swing

During January 17th to 19th 2018, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning made a special trip to investigate Yixing Yangxian Xishan Project construction site with Managing Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice President of Yada Harmony Mr. Li Suiching and General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhu Haoyi, and held several meetings with Yixing municipal Party Committee and municipal government, the project architecture design team, the environmental landscape planning team, the interior design team and the garden design team, and assign work to accelerate the project construction process.

On January 17th 2018, Yada investment team held the project coordination meeting with the Secretary of CPC Yixing Municipal Committee Mr. Shen Jian, Vice Mayor of Yixing Mr. Ma Zhong and responsible persons of the municipal Development and Reform Commission, Planning Bureau, Land and Resources Bureau, Finance Bureau and the related villages and towns. Both sides reported the work progress respectively. The first stage work involving house removal, land acquisition and project planning design has been completed. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning emphasized that, in the next stage, the supporting facility construction, in particular the lakefront road, transmission and transformation project, water supply, gas pipeline etc. should follow the mutually agreed timeline to arrange the construction progress and ensure a high quality landscape scenery as scheduled.

In the project review meetings on January 18th and 19th between Yada team and the project’s construction, environmental landscape, interior and garden design teams, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave guidance on the road system arrangement, landscape creation, business type layout and related issues. He also made demands of the construction timeline of the lakefront zone and Phase I project. He pointed out that, the project engineering headquarters should arrange and implement the construction progress according to the order of priority, meanwhile coordinate and cooperate on the municipal construction, enhance communications with related sides, speed up all work to the greatest extent, and follow the critical path to ensure the construction quality and progress.

In addition, in the meeting with Yixing related authorities, both sides also discussed and determined the timetable when Mingling Yaohu Town first-line operators entered into the site.
