Yada Four Projects Annual Operation Meeting 2018 Held

On March 25th 2018, Yada Four Projects Annual Operation Meeting 2018 was held at Wuzhen. The four projects are Wuzhen Graceland, Wuzhen Da Garden, Nanjing Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park and Yixing Yada Yangxian Xishan. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Vice Presidents Mr. Dong Ping and Ms. Gao Xiang, Finance Director Mr. Dong Huanbo, General Manager of Yixing Yada Park Mr. Liu Naifa, General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Mr. Zhu Haoyi and core managers of Graceland construction team attended the meeting.


In the meeting, responsible persons of the four projects separately reported their 2018 Annual Operation Plan, the project’s current situation and key difficult works to leaders present. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning first defined the four projects’ annual operation targets, and then deployed the annual key work.


Chairman Mr. Jiang pointed out that, in 2018, Yada has four projects underway at the same time, which means more responsibilities, heavier task, the management teams should complement each other’s advantages, aim at the annual operation target, focus on development progress, strictly control the quality, track the market trends and pay attention to cash flow controlling to ensure the accomplishment of the project overall goal.


Chairman Mr. Jiang also stressed that, Yada team should pay high attention to the establishment of brand and core competitiveness, keep improving product and service quality, enhance market competitive power, and consolidate Yada brand. Besides, he made clearer work requirement to the team, asked all project teams to learn Wuzhen Project’s successful experience, in virtue of first-mover advantages in resource acquisition and fund strength, in 2018, enhance team building, make concerted effort, put in with whole attention, pursue the ultimate, exceed themselves, create classic works, and gain confirmation from the government and society as well as market reward.


At last, Chairman Mr. Jiang said, the success of a compound aged-care park needs five teams to create competitive product, operate independently and provide high quality services, namely a project development team with elderly-oriented experience, a first-class high-end property service team, a service team concerning about Park owners’ spiritual and culture demands, a professional aged-care and nursing service team and a business invitation and operation management team to meet the daily life demands in the Park.
