Yada Yangxian Xishan Project Reception Center Officially Opened

Recently, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (Yada Yangxian Xishan) Project Reception Center has officially opened. It locates at the core zone of Yada Yangxian Xishan and shows a panorama of the Project’s design concept. The elaborately decorated building displays the Project’s planning layout, architectural style and ancillary facilities from multiple directions.

At the observation deck of the Reception Center, people can overlook the whole Lakeside Park. The Park is alongside the Yangxian Lake covering an area of 500 mu. It is designed to be a distinctive country park.

Looking upward from the observation deck, people could find Dongpo pavilion – the landmark building of the Town Center. Dongpo Pavilion, designed by the national leading authority of ancient architecture Mr. Zhu Guangya, employs Song dynasty’s architectural style. Well integrating with mountains, it brings special visual enjoyment and soul experience when overlooking the whole lake and mountain from the pavilion in different time and seasons.

YadaYangxian Xishan is designed as a delicate, aesthetic and health wellness life destination. The project covers about 6100 mu. The investment estimate is 8 billion yuan. Deeply integrating distinctive culture and heritage of Yixing, the Project will show folk characteristics and residential features. It uses open and sharing concepts to create a health ecological park integrating wellness & aged-care, leisure & tourism, culture & art exhibition and organic agriculture. The Project will make good use of the regional ecological environment and existing landscape and plants to show Yixing’s regional culture, folk characteristics and dwelling features by systemic management. The architecture forms are integrated into the hills, waters and tea gardens. It will be composed of five zones, namely Yangxian Lake Tourism Zone, Town Center, Aged-care Community, Countryside Village and Leisure Tourism Zone. It is contributed to be the benchmark project of rural town in China. On 10tth August 2017, the project agreement was entered into. Now the Project is under construction in an intense but orderly manner. Zones of the Project will gradually open as planned.
