Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning Inspects Nanjing Project

On January 21st 2019, Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning inspected the construction progress of Yada Nanjing Gaochun Project accompanied by General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Company Mr. Zhu Haoyi. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave affirmation to the sales performance of the first-run open that nearly 80% of houses had been sold. During the inspection, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning listened to the person-in-charge onsite on the construction of the project, and brought forward specific requirements and guidance opinions on accelerating the construction progress on the site. He stressed out that, engineering quality and customers’ satisfaction would determine the market recognition of a project. After the onsite inspection, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning had a meeting with leadership of Gaochun District Commission and District Government to exchange opinions on how to advance the development of Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park.

During the visit, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning held a work conference with Nanjing project team. He made requests on following work, and asked to strengthen the corporate culture building and team building. It will be a work focus in the future that cultivating and creating a project management team with outstanding overall quality and professional competence, according to him. He also asked to make Gaochun Graceland the regional benchmark project with the goal of creating a high-quality project.
