Yada Yixing Projects Coordination and Promotion Meeting Held

On March 6th 2019, Yixing Municipal Government held Yaohu Town International Tourism Zone & Yada Yangxian Xishan Health Ecological Park Construction Coordination and Promotion Meeting. Secretary of Yixing Municipal Party Mr. Shen Jian, Mayor Mr. Zhang Lijun, Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, Deputy Director of Yixing Municipal NPC Mr. Zhou Bin, Deputy Mayor Mr. Ma Zhong and Vice President of Yixing Municipal CPPCC Mr. Qian Weixing attended the meeting.  

In the meeting, relevant departments of Yixing reported the two projects’ construction progress and the annual construction plan of 2019 respectively. Participants had a special discussion on issues including relocation, transformation of forestland, land supply and supporting utilities construction.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianinng said in the meeting, during the one and a half years’ execution of Yada Capital’s two projects in Yixing, Yixing Government, departments and townships relevant have given high attention and great support, so that the works is going on well overall. As plan, based on the completion of land supply process, three centers and three hotels at the core zone of Yaohun Town will start construction within this year. The total construction area exceeds 500,000 m2. In Yangxian Xishan Project, the Lakeside Park has been completed and transferred to the relevant government department for management. Dongpo Pavilion is at the stage of exhibition arrangement after the completion of construction and landscape. Yada Academy, Ageless Center (to exhibit the global aged-care products) and the Town Dining Hall will come into service in the first half year. Within this year, the whole Town Center will be completed.

Secretary Mr. Shen Jian affirmed the progress of Yada’s Yixing projects. He stressed out that, the relocation should be carried out in accordance with schedule fixed in the meeting. The related responsible personnel are obliged to solve difficult and complexed issues as early as possible. For the planning approval and issues alike, the municipal departments related should give support in a proactive manner and open green channel. The project’s supporting road network will start construction soon and should be completed as plan. Each department and relevant townships should make great efforts to improve service for a smooth construction and development of Yaohu Town project and Yangxian Xishan project.

Also attending the meeting were responsible personnel of Yixing Municipal Party Office, Yixing Government Office, Development and Reform Commission, Land Planning Bureau, Finance Bureau, Construction Bureau, Transportation Bureau, Agriculture and Water Conservancy Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, Economy and Information Technology Commission, Zhangzhu Town and Hufu Town, as well as Mr. Li Suiching, Mr. Liu Xuezhong, Mr. Liu Naifa, Mr. Zhu Haoyi and Mr. Zhu Zhenghua from Yada Team.
