Yada Projects Construction Working Meeting Held

On May 28th 2020, Yada Project Construction Working Meeting was held at Yixing Yangxian Xishan. Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, Managing Directors of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Ping, Ms. Gao Xiang and Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice Presidents Mr. Li Suiching, Mr. Xu Bin and Ms. Song Liying, Administration Director Mr. Liu Xuezhong, General Manager of Yada International Health Park Company Mr. Liu Naifa, General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhu Haoyi, and General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhu Qianhui attended the meeting. Development and construction teams of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park and Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park also participated.

In the meeting, development and construction teams from three Projects reported each work & production resumption situation after the COVID-19 pandemic in the first half of this year, construction work milestones, production marketing and delivery work plan respectively. The participants present had profound exchanges on the work above from their own working positions.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning commended that the three teams overcame difficulties caused by the pandemic and resumed work & production to ensure projects’ construction schedule. He pointed out that, this year is crucial for Yada and its projects with difficult challenges and heavy duties. All project companies are going to enter into dual-track phase of construction and operation. Especially Gaochun and Yixing Parks will face with the examination from owners and the society as they are going to start the first delivery . Therefore, the whole staff need to follow the principle of delivering products exceeding promises to owners that Yada insists, as well as deliver faultless works with high sense of responsibilities, ultimate spirit of workmanship and specific quality awareness.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning also emphasized to make good preparation for specific implementation of project creation & delivery, enhance management methods, carry out quality standards in a strict manner, seriously deal with problems, draw inferences from the past experience, check erroneous ideas at the outset, and be kind to every owner with greatest honest and sincere as always.

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning proposed his expectation to the three project companies at the aspects of development & construction, operation management, marketing & business attraction, culture & team building and etc. He asked the whole group to work in unity, pursue the ultimate, be vigilant in peace time and maintain intense but well-organized working pace in order to  fulfill the work objective of this year.
