Yada Strategy Consultancy Achievements Presentation Meeting Held at Yada Yangxian Xishan

On May 29th 2020, Yada Strategy Consultancy Achievements Presentation Meeting was held at Yada Yangxian Xishan. Yada Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning, senior management from Beijing headquarters, leadership & members from all subsidiaries and Global Partner of Roland Berger - the cooperative agency of this consultancy project, Mr. Jiang Hao attended the meeting.

Yada was founded in 2011. At the beginning of its establishment, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning has put forward the core purpose of creating China’s healthcare & aged-care parks and leisure tourism destinations as well as promoting the development of healthcare, aged-care and leisure tourism industries in China based on national characteristics. With Yada Projects entering into operation phase, Yada has invited the world famous consulting management company Roland Berger to provide strategy consultancy for the purposing of defining corporate development direction in the future and establishing sustainable & healthy business mode.

In the meeting, Global Partner of Roland Berger Mr. Jiang Hao put forward specific and customized advice for Yada’s future development from the aspects of tapping the full potential of existing resources, improving capability and enhancing the owners’ satisfaction based on its investigation on Yada’s business sections, aged-care market situation and development trend home & abroad in the past half year.

IChairman Mr. Jiang Jianning stressed out in conclusion that, Yada would always insist the corporate philosophy of Virtue for Future, as well as asked to strengthen team building and improve the Park’s management level so as to further optimize profitability and create values for investors while enhancing owners’ service experience.

Based on the cooperation achievements this time, both sides signed the Strategy Cooperation Agreement. In the future, Yada and Roland Berger will jointly deepen and widen cooperation scope as well as seek mutual development in the existing and emerging business fields.
