Countdown to Yada Yangxian Xishan Phase I Completion & Delivery

On the afternoon of July 21st 2020, Deputy Mayor of Yixing Municipal Government Mr. Ma Zhong led the relevant leadership of Yixing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (HURDB) to visit Yada Health Ecological Park for investigation. They also had exchanges with Yada management team on the issues related to the Project Phase I delivery including engineering acceptance, Tangsheng Road modification and subsequent construction. Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning was present at the meeting.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning firstly expressed his gratitude to Yixing Municipal HURDB for their continuous and great support to Yada Project. He pointed out that, Yada Yangxian Xishan Phase I was pushed forward in quick pace, although influenced by COVID-19 epidemic and an overlong plum rain season. Now it has entered the countdown to completion and delivery. Yada would seriously cooperate with the HURDB acceptance to guarantee a good-quality delivery. New Tangsheng Road, also the main road of Yangxian Ecological Tourism Resort, was related to the opening of Town Center Southern Entrance and the organic connection of the Town’s south and north zones. He expected related authorities to accelerate the Road’s construction and seamlessly start the following greening engineering. At last, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianing had an in-depth communication with the leadership present on the construction of Panasonic Community and Yada Hospital.

Director of Yixing Municipal HURDB Mr. Chen Jianping made answers specifically on matters put forward by Yada. He said, facing with an unexpected epidemic and flood, Yada Project Phase I still entered the stage of completion as planned, which reflected the outstanding image of Yada team. HURDB would well conduct the Project acceptance and coordinate with Yada for a smooth completion and delivery of Phase I. It would also work closely with the Traffic Bureau in Tangsheng Road greening. The greening project would start upon the completion of road construction node.

At the end of the meeting, Mayor Ma asked the related departments of HURDB to completely support Yada Yangxian Xishan Phase I delivery, enhance service coordination, communicate and solve problems in a timely manner, and boost a good-quality Yada HEP.

Leadership of Yixing Municipal HURDB and Yada management members Mr. Li Suiching, Mr. Liu Naifa, Mr. Zhu Haoyi and Mr. Zhu Zhenghua also attended the meeting.
