Spring Semester in Gaochun Graceland

Spring is full of vigor. Everything starts to grow. Everyone becomes more happy with continuous sense of vigor. 

The world is awaken by green in the spring. With the stronger sense of spring, people have more good wishes and expectation. Authentic happiness comes from self cultivation that is the vitality of growth.

On March 6th 2021, Gaochun Graceland Lohas Spring Semester Starts! In this semester, there are three series of course, namely Parent-child Education, Life Aesthetics and Healthy Life. The courses, including Children Creative Artist, Children Jazz Dance, Chinese Ink Painting and Ancient Dance come first. Let's find brand new freedom and surprise from life at Yada classroom.

As Picasso said, the child was a born artist. Children have keen sensitivities of art with inborn mid to feel the art. The inward world of children is pure but mysterious. When creating a piece of work, they may make it a big scale of project, or complete it soon with a flash of wit. With the guidance of tutors, children draw clownfish swimming in the sea. They add sea grass and little bubbles made of plasticine. They are making unique handicrafts of their own.

Last year, the tutor of Creative Artist became a mother. Her interesting teaching methods with soft voice arouse children's interest. Every so often, she was also made to laugh by authentic but lovely children's word. Education is life. Create a happy childhood by education. Introduce them to the world imperceptibly to see its beauty. The fancy world will become the light from the bottom of the heart to lighten their way of life.

Jazz dance is suitable for children with light and happy melody. Teachers lead children to stretch, including turning head, turning breast and twisting hip. They guide each posture clearly. Dance presents the most beautiful thing. The training for basic skills means repeats and hard labor. Little students learn very carefully to make every posture right.

A child who comes to the class for the first cried in a strange environment after her mother left him in the classroom. During the rest, other students gave him candies and invite her to play together. These children with exquisite emotion care about friends. Growing up in such a warm community is an experience that is worth of treasuring. 

What is the Chinese style? Chinese ink painting. Chinese ink is like the background of Chinese culture. We can even understand the artistic concept of even a Yunran (a kind of coloring technique) painting. Chinese ink painting has the charm of elegance with minimum decoration and brings a sense of purity to the heart. We need such power of static determinacy. It is like a cup of muddy water will become clear only after it is placed still. 

The teacher of Chinese ink painting is a resident of Gaochun Graceland. Painting is one of his hobbies for the life long. After retirement, he wanted to find a place for the rest of life. From the north to the south of Nanjing, he decided to settle in Graceland finally. Here is like a garden drawn by Mr. Wu Guanzhong, that gives him deep impression.

For the first class, he prepared a painting of wintersweet as the teaching plan. Students listened to him very carefully. He explained and showed the painting method of wintersweet. Branches extend out. Flowers are decorated on them slightly. Teacher and students cultivate the life by painting and fun of life at the moment. 

Ancient Dance is one of the most popular lessons. The experience lesson is full of students. With soft music, students held flower branches to swing. Their soft figures and elegant postures bring a sense of fairy.

As one of traditional Chinese arts, ancient dance include many elements, like gesture, expression in the dancer's eyes, posture and figures. It combines both the elegance and refined culture. The basic skill of ancient dance requires suppleness that makes body softer and could prevent joint diseases related. Students spoke highly of the dance classroom for it is light and roomy. When they dance, they feel very confident.

Spring of the life will be awaken by both inborn talent and hard training. Lahos course in Gaochun Graceland creates a place for the residents' spiritual and cultural demands. It integrate parent-child education, life aesthetics, fitness and cultivation into the daily life. It aims to let every student enjoy his/her life full of joy and meaning.
