Ten Years Three Lands, Marching to a Great Chapter Keeping Up the Good Spirit

On the afternoon of April 13th, Yada 10th Anniversary Ceremony under the theme of “Salute to Past, Continue the Righteous Path” was grandly held at Alila Wuzhen of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park. Government officials from three Yada project sites, strategic partners of Yada from different fields, Yada management team, department managers and staff representatives gathered together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Yada.

The Ceremony began with the feature documentary “Yada: Ten Years Three Lands”.

The video displayed the latest status of three Yada Parks in all directions. Through exclusive interviews, it demonstrated the ten years of exploration of Yada, from Wuzhen Graceland, a retirement residential community, to Gaochun and Yixing, the towns integrating wellness, aged-care and tourism. All wishes reconfirmed the quality and good heart from the original intention, and the happiness of residents in the three Parks were shown by their smiles.

Founder and Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning expressed his gratitude and welcome to all guests. He reviewed the original intention to set up Yada and the journey to success.

Ten years ago, Yada began its journey that’s challenging yet meaningful. Facing with an increasingly serious aging society in China, Yada was committed to create a project with sustainable business model and social value, and explore a diversified industrial pattern that was suitable for future development and meet customized aged-care demands.

During the ten years, Yada people worked for the purpose, did their utmost best to be close to perfection. The current achievements of the three Parks came from the full trust of the investors,  the great cooperation of all partners and the support from the local governments.

Chairman Jiang Jianning said, the 10th anniversary was not only the affirmation to the past, but also the encouragement for the future. With the corporate successful business model, Yada would keep on exploring and creating a model for China’s healthcare & agedcare industries while obtaining economic benefit for shareholders. In addition, Yada, under the concept of Virtue for Future, should undertake the responsibility as a qualified corporate resident and contribute to the improvement of local life, environment, economic development and rural revitalization.

Chairman Jiang Jianning also thanked Yada staff participating the Ceremony and all staff who were working at the front line. Their diligence set up and highlighted the brand of Yada. He expected that Yada staff would keep the original intention, continue the righteous path, create values, and realize self-development in the future.

During the Ceremony, Chairman Jiang Jianning invited Partner of IDG Captial Mr. Li Jianguang, CEO of Panasonic China & Northeast Asia Company Mr. Tetsuro Homma, member of Tongxiang Municipal Standing Committee and Secretary of Wuzhen Party Committee Mr. Jiang Wei, Secretary of Gaochun District Party Committee of Nanjing Mr. Wu Yongqiang and Secretary of Yixing Party Committee Mr. Feng Xiaochun to make impromptu speeches.

All of them sent their best wishes for Yada ten years of development, and reviewed the cooperative history with Yada and the friendship set up during the journey. They affirmed Yada’s development concept of compound aged-care park, and thanked Yada for its contribution to social and economic development. They said, they would support Yada and offer help in the projects’ construction, and jointly move forward the development of the overall aged-care industry.

Yada is proud for the past ten years and will forge ahead weathering through difficulties and challenges.

On April 13th 2011, Yada was officially established. Facing with the increasing server aging society in China, Yada voluntarily threw itself into China’s healthcare and aged-care industries. So far, Yada’s three large-scale Parks have been delivered as the schedule and come into the phase of construction and operation in parallel.
