Yaohu Town Making First Appearance

Mingling Yaohu Town, locating in Yangxian Ecotourism Resort, with total investment of 13 billion yuan, is under construction vigorously. Related parties are accelerating the construction pace. The Town is making its first appearance.

Till now, this Project has invested nearly 4 billion yuan cumulatively. The estimated investment of this year is about 2 billion yuan. The Tourists Center, staff center, Yaohu Hotel and Shayao Hotel in the Three Centers and Three Hotels have completed the construction of main body. The completed floor area is 350,000 m2 and is in the stage of decoration. The Convention & Exhibition Center has completed 50% construction. Tea Garden Hotel has completed 70%.

The Project is committed to be a cultural tourism town integrating nature and ecology into Yixing local culture. After completion, it will be a power for the transformation and upgrading of Yixing tourism.

In the core area, it has One Lake, One Axis, One Belt and Seven Zones.

One Lake: Yaohu core Landscape Lake;

One Axis: featured valley view axis;

One Belt: train tour landscape belt;

Seven Zones: Yaohu Resort Zone, featured holiday and convention & exhibition zone, tea garden experience resort zone, Shanjian Fair Town Center zone, purple clay Tianjie workshops zone, culture & art street zone and logistics and supporting service zone.

Core architectures mainly contain three centers and three hotels, namely tourists center, convention & exhibition center, staff center, Yaohu Resort Hotel, Shayao Hotel and Tea Garden Hotel. These hotels have 2000 rooms in total. The convention & exhibition center has the floor area of 100,000 m2 with the largest scale and improved functions in domestic scenery area.
