First of all, Pine Care Yada carried out strict epidemic prevention & control measures. For ensuring the elderly’s health and safety, it follows the relevant rules in a rigorous manner to introduce the closed-off management, strict entrance registration and disinfection procedures. Besides daily body temperature monitoring, nursing assistants there also guide the residents how to wash hands and wear respiration mask correctly. To avoid cross infection, the Center has cancelled group activities and arranged specific personnel for meal delivery to each room. During the special period, the elderly there could have personal hygiene service at their own room, such as haircut and shave.

The Center also upgraded its supporting services such as health management. It prepares varied kinds of room-based fitness activities for single person in place of cancelled group activities, such as body-building exercise, Chinese rope waving and calligraphy practicing.
