Yada Yixing and Gaochun Projects Special Design Plan Review Meetings Held

On May 15th 2019, Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning called a project review meeting to deliberate the landscape design plan of town center and the concept design of Yada Hall & fitness center with Yangxian Xishan project construction & design teams in Yixing. Designers of GOA Mr. Lu Hao, Mr. Chen Binxin and other related people attended the meeting. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave constructive suggestions on plans above, and made specific requests on the next-phase design deepening timetable and the implementation of the landmark landscape architectures at town center.

On May 16th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning went to Nanjing to exam the construction progress of Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park. He attended the project’s scenic area business type positioning and landscape design plan review meeting. General Manager of CYTS Hong Qi Fund Mr. Liu Guangming, Executive General Manager Ms. Pu Lixia, General Manager of Zhejiang CYTS Mr. Zhang Qin, Vice President of CYTS Cultural Tourism Research Institute Ms. Ye Lu, project construction team and scenic area planning & design team also presented at the meeting. In the meeting, participants fully discussed the scenic area theme, business type positioning, merchants introducing plan, landscape exhibition, etc.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that, as a “small and beautiful” boutique feature leisure park, Gaochun project’s scenic area “Wu You Yuan” needs more cultural connotation through deeper exploration, and defined positioning & theme. The creation of the scenic area needs to take both development intensity and landscape depth into consideration for exquisite and elegant atmosphere. The merchants introducing should be carried out by step based on precise positioning. For a stronger comprehensive competitiveness, the scenic area should be operated under a thorough financial planning and creative basic property management.
