Jiangsu Launched A Three-year Aged-care Service Talent Training Program

In recently, Jiangsu Provincial Civil Affairs Department, Finance Department and Human Resources and Social Security Department jointly issued a Notice on Further Strengthening Provincial Aged-care Service Team Training, launching a three-year aged-care service talent training program. According to the Notice, during 2020 to 2022, Jiangsu Province will pay more attention on developing the training of nursing assistants for the aged, aged-care institute chargers and full-time and part-time social worker for the aged. As plan, the training scale includes 130,000 nursing care for the aged and 6,700 part-time and full-time social workers for the aged. Besides, all responsible persons of the aged-care institutes should be trained. That will improve the aged-care staff’s comprehensive quality and occupational skills.
