Blue Book on China’s Elderly-oriented Environment Development in China Published

Recently, Blue Book on China’s Elderly-oriented Environment Development in China was published. This book was compiled by Zhongmin Social Assistance Institute with the support from Shanghai Future Dream Charitable Foundation, Beijing Yifang Foundation and Chengdu Longlive Elderly Care Industry Development Co., Ltd. It describes the development fact of the aging society, elderly-oriented environment building demands and policy orientation and etc. It also reviews the policies and practice of the elderly-oriented environment construction. In addition, the Blue Book attempted to analyze the challenges during the elderly-orientation for the elderly with cognitive disorder and offered corresponding countermeasures. It expected this group to enjoy the same wellbeing adequate to the social development level.
