2022 “Cultural Tour” Development Forum Held at Yada Yangxian Xishan

On August 6th, Yangxian Ecotourism Resort 2022 “Cultural Tour” Development Forum was held at Yada Yangxian Xishan. President of Leisure Vacation Branch of China Tourism Association Mr. Wei Xiao’an, Standing Committee Member of Beijing International Studies University Party Committee and Vice President Mr. Zheng Chengjun, Vice President of Jiangsu Tourism Association Mr. Tang Jianguo, Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning and industrial experts attended the Forum. Deputy Secretary of Yixing Municipal Committee of CPC and Mayor Mr. Hu Xiaojian and other leaders participated in the Event.

The Forum discussed Yangxian Ecotourism Resort products surrounding the development trend of sojourn vacation mode. By keynote speeches and exchanges, the Forum provided ideas and directions for the future development of sojourn vacation to the Resort.

Deputy Secretary of Yixing Municipal Committee of CPC and Mayor Mr. Hu Xiaojian pointed out in his speech that, with unique ecological resources and profound cultural background, Yixing has outstanding advantages in cultural tourism development. As a representative, Yangxian Ecotourism Resort has strong development momentum in recent years. Mr. Hu Xiaojian sincerely invited all participants to enjoy the great landscape of Yangxian, hold grand industrial events, cooperate for development together, set up the bridge for exchange, deepen the cooperation in Yixing, as well as contribute more resources and intelligence to Yixing cultural tourism for a high-quality development.

Vice President of Jiangsu Tourism Association Mr. Tang Jianguo delivered his address. He said, Yixing is the pioneer and the top of tourism development in the province. Sojourn vacation is becoming the new highlight of tourism. Yangxian Ecotourism Resort’s exploration would effectively accelerate the upgrade and development of sojourn vacation mode.

Standing Committee Member of Yixing Municipal Committee of CPC and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yangxian Ecotourism Resort Mr. Ren Fei introduced the Resort’s development and mission. According to him, in recent years, with the objective of creating the “Most Beautiful Garden” at Yangtze River Delta Region, the Resort keeps exploring, innovating, perfecting and enriching the cultural tourism system, gradually becoming a destination with abundant travel business patterns, diversified cultural connotation and various extension of life. Mr. Ren Fei said, the Resort would further accelerate the infrastructure construction, improve service level, promote the integration of culture and tourism, as well as transfer resource advantages into competition and development advantages, to create a domestically first-class and internationally famous ecological tourism resort.

During the Event, the Resort officially announced the latest tourism slogan – “Dwelling of Heart, New Choice for Sojourn”. For the purpose of creating sojourn destination, the Resort would build a dwelling place for the travelers.

Mr. Wei Xiao’an then gave a keynote speech on Resort Transformation Focusing on Sojourn.

That afternoon, in the Forum held at Yada Culture & Art Center, experts had lively and in-depth discussion on sojourn vacation. Dean of Tourism Science School of Beijing International Studies University Ms. Lv Ning chaired the Forum.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning said, sojourn is the product of changing times. The developed internet and transportation of modern times provide the possibility of high-quality sojourn life. The favorable conditions of Yangxian Ecotourism Resort are very suitable for sojourn development. He suggested that the Resort could take the development of sojourn destination as an important channel to promote the local economy, actively adapt new business pattern and develop new supporting facilities, accelerating the implementation of sojourn concept together with all sectors of society.

Where my heart belongs is my hometown. Since the agreement signing in August 2017, Yada Yangxian Xishan has attracted more than 1200 household residents from all over China to enjoy sojourn life in Yangxian natural landscape. In the first half of this year, Yada Theater has come into service. In the second half of this year, Yada Panasonic Community and Yada Hospital will be delivered. Yada continues to improve the sojourn living conditions in the southern mountain area of Yixing, enrich the travel experience, enhance service level, as well as play the leading role in creating a first-class and internationally famous sojourn destination for the Resort.
