Yaohu Town Overall Advancement Report Meeting Held

On the afternoon of June 2nd 2020, Mingling Yaohu Town (Yixing International Tourism Zone) Project Overall Advancement Report Meeting (also Jiangsu Mingling Yaohu Town Tourism Ltd. Co Board Meeting) was held at Yixing Project Department. Corporate Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning, Directors Mr. Li Jianguang, Mr. Chen Xianghong and Mr. Dong Huanbo, Supervisor Mr. Li Suiching and General Manager Mr. Zhu Zhenghua attended the meeting.

In the meeting, General Manager Mr. Zhu Zhenghua firstly reported the overall progress of Yaohu Town since the commencement of construction on August 7th 2018 and the following work plan to the board on behalf of the corporate operation team. The project engineering responsible person Mr. Yao Jianqiang supplemented specific engineering progress.

Director Mr. Dong Huanbo introduced the corporate financial operation and project financing situation since the company founding in detail, and gave specific advice on finance for the following operation of the tourism zone. Project General Planner Mr. Chen Xianghong said, Yaohu Town has favorable climatic, geographical and harmonious conditions for its leading planning concept, solid capital strength from shareholders, full support from local government and excellent management team. He explained the next phase planning of the project and put forward his idea and suggestion on how to establish the new generation culture & tourism town. Partner of IDG and Corporate Director Mr. Li Jianguang fully affirmed the Project’s preliminary work and construction progress. He advised the company to pay attention to the transformation of tourist consumption concept after COVID-19 epidemic as well as explore and innovate the tourism zone operation pattern.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave specific work requirements. He emphasized to pay high attention to safe production as well as deal with the relationship of engineering quality, cost control and construction process. Participants had deep communication and exchanges on the future positioning of the tourism zone and the corporate planned target for the next phase, having reached a broad consensus.

Mingling Yaohu Town (Yixing International Tourism Zone) is a large-scale leisure tourism destination jointed created by IDG, Yada Capital and Mr. Chen Xianghong team. With the general planning area of around 20,000 mu, the project is estimated to invest 13 billion yuan. In May 2018, it was listed as one of Jiangsu Major Projects. On August 7th of that year, the project started construction. By far, the construction area of the project has reached 550,000 m2.
