MINGLING YAOHU TOWN

Yixing International Tourism Zone (also called Mingling Yaohu Town) is a large-scale leisure tourism destination jointly created by Yada Capital, Yada Harmony and Chen Xianghong team. It covers nearly 20000 mu. The investment estimate is RMB 13 billion. Combining distinctive local elements, namely bamboo, tea, hill, water and purple sands in Yixing, with excellent natural ecology, it provides foreign and domestic tourists an ideal health leisure tourism destination by culture creation, traveling, outdoor sports, catering, hospitality, exhibition and other services.

Yixing neighbors Suzhou by Lake Taihu in the east, Changxin Zhejiang in the southeast, Guangde Anhui in the southwest, Liyang in the west, Jintan in the northwest and Wujin jin the north. As the national historic and cultural city, it is well known for “ceramic ancient city, cave world, tea oasis, and bamboo sea”. Since ancient times, Yixing respects for culture and education, lay stresses on inheritance and comes out lots of talents and celebrities. In the modern and contemporary age, it is the hometown of professors and academicians. In the terms of economy, Yixing is also leading the county-level cities. Yixing International Tourism Zone (Mingling Yaohu Town) lies in Mingling, Zhangzhu, Yixing with convenient transportation, about 25 km from Yixing downtown and 20 km from Yixing High-Speed-Rail Station.

    Yixing Mingling Yaohu Town Starts Construction

    On August 7th 2018, the Tourists Center of Yixing Mingling Yaohu Town International Tourism Zone officially started construction. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning paid a special visit to the construction site and held the Project Construction Coordination Meeting at the project engineering headquarters. Chairman of Wuzhen Alliance Scenic Construction Management Co. Mr. Chen Xianghong and Deputy Mayor of Yixing Mr. Ma Zhong attended the meeting.

    Jiangsu Vice-governor Mr. Chen Zhenning Visits Yada Yixing Projects

    On the afternoon of January 3rd 2018, Vice-governor of Jiangsu Province Mr. Chen Zhenning led the relevant responsible persons of the Provincial General Office, the Provincial Department of Land and Resources Bureau and the Provincial Tourism Bureau to investigate the tourism development in Yixing. During the investigation, the delegation paid a site visit to Yixing International Tourism Zone (Mingling Yaohu Town).

    Yada Capital and Yada Harmony Yixing Projects Investment Agreements Signing Ceremony Grandly Held

    On August 10th 2017, Beijing Yada Capital Management Co., Ltd. and Yada Harmony Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreements on Yixing International Tourism and Resort Zone and Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (HEP) with Jiangsu Yixing municipal government.
