Wuzhen is a time-honored watertown in north Zhejiang which has about 1,300 years of history. It is located in the alluvial and lacustrine plain. Its flat terrain, interweaving rivers, mild climate, rich products, abundant rainfalls and sunshine make it known as “a Land Flowing with Milk and Honey, the House of Silk”. Yada Inernational Health Ecological Park is located at Baimadun Village, Wuzhen, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province. Adjacent to Shen-Jia-Hu expressway, it is about 1.5 kilometers from Wuzhen scenic area, 18 kilometers away from Tongxiang, 65 kilometers from Hangzhou, 74 kilometers from Suzhou and 131 kilometers from Shanghai.
The first World Internet Conference was held during Nov 19 to 21st, 2014 in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province. This is the largest scale and the highest level internet conference operated by China, as well as an unprecedented summit in the world internet industry. In 2015, more than 2000 people from 120 countries and 20 international organizations attended the second conference, including China's president Xi Jinping, leaders and senior representatives from governments, firms, academia, nongovernmental organizations, technical groups etc. At the end of 2017, the fourth conference was held and more than 1500 guests were presented. As the permanent site of the World Internet Conference, Wuzhen has a promising future.
