Sharing Reading Room

It contains the areas for book display, reading and parent-child reading. It will be the venue for cultural activities of the residents, such as reading, sharing, poem meeting, lecture and salon. The Reading Room is managed by Graceland residents themselves. So far, it has received nearly one thousand books from the residents and staff under varied kinds of themes.
1st Session of Half-an-Hour Reading Party

On December 12th 2021, Nanjing Gaochun Graceland held the 1st Half-an-hour Reading Party at the Sharing Reading Room. Graceland residents and staff participated in. They recommended some excellent books including The Miracles of the Namiya General Store, The Moon And Sixpence and The Journey to the West and their reading understanding.
2nd Session of Half-an-Hour Reading Party

On the afternoon of May 14th, the 2nd session of Half An Hour Reading Party was held successfully. The reading leader Madam Li with more than a dozen of residents gathered at the Shared Reading Room of Gaochun Graceland, tasting the tea and sharing what they read and endless joy of life. At the end of the activity, Graceland Reading Club was officially set up under the consistent response.

Health Wellness Community

The planned area of Health Wellness Community is more than 400 mu, which is composed of slow living leisure blocks and low-density full-age wellness communities. The leisure block is planned with community canteen that meet the needs of three meals a day, fitness club with indoor semi-standard swimming pool, boutique community supermarket, activity classrooms, kindergarten, Yada Ageless Center, day care center and other supporting facilities to create convenient and rich living service experience. In addition, the block also has activity classrooms, creating a friendly and harmonious atmosphere through community clubs, festival celebrations and volunteer services.
