Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park Fully Starts

On the afternoon of November 16th 2017, Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park Comprehensive Startup Coordination and Promotion Meeting was held at the People’s Government of Gaochun District. Gaochun District Chief Mr. Wu Yongqiang presided over the meeting. Standing member of Gaochun District CPC Mr. Xing Xianwen, Vice Chairman of Gaochun CPPCC and Director of Administrative Approval Bureau Mr. Hu Changming, Secretary of International Slow City Management Committee Mr. Wei Shibin, Director Mr. Mei Linsen, Chairman of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhou Jianping, General Manager Mr. Zhu Haoyi, Executive General Manager Mr. Jin Huijie, Associate Dean of CYTS Cultural Tourism Research Institute Ms. Ye Lu, leading designer of GOA Ms. Liang Zhuomin, leaders from the District Government General Office, Slow City Management Committee, Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, Land and Resources Bureau, Planning Bureau, Urban Administrative Enforcement Bureau, Water Affairs Bureau, Power Supply Bureau, Environment Protection Administration, Transportation Bureau, Chunxi Neighborhood Committee as well as the project management team and design team attended the meeting.

Firstly, two design teams for the leisure vacation zone and the leisure wellness zone respectively reported the general planning of the Park. Chairman Mr. Zhou Jianping introduced the entire preparation work followed, and put forward important matters concerned to be solved if the Project plans to begin construction in middle of this December. Responsible persons from related authorities offered targeted solutions and measures to difficulties and challenges put forward by Chairman Mr. Zhou Jianping, and agreed to submit solutions and measures above to the District Planning leading group for approval according to the overall planning this time.

At last, District Chief Mr. Wu Yongqiang asked all authorities to enhance sense of service, guarantee the implementation, and make every effort to ensure a smooth works commencement and construction of Yada Project. At the same time, all sides should calculate backward the timetable and work plan based on the decided works commencement goal, and define specific responsible departments and people.

The holding of this meeting signified that Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park had officially started full-scale development. All participants reached a high degree of consensus, which laid a solid foundation for the Project’s construction and development.
