Yada Panasonic Community Completion Ceremony Grandly Held at Yada Theater of Yangxian Xishan

On the afternoon of February 26th 2023, “Infinite Care for Physical and Mental Pleasure” Yada Panasonic Community Completion Ceremony was grandly held at Yada Theater of Yangxian Xishan. Japanese ambassador to China Mr. Tarumi Hideo, Head of Asian Branch of Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Affairs Mr. Zhou Weidong, Vice Secretary of Yixing Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Mr. Hu Xiaojian, Member of the Standing Committee of Yixing Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of Party Working Committee of Yangxian Ecotourism Resort Mr. Ren Fei, Representative Director and Executive Vice President of Panasonic Co., Ltd. and Regional Head for Panasonic China & Northeast Asia Company Mr. Tetsuro Homma, Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning, President of IWBI & Delos Asia Ms. Xue Ya as well as other leaders, distinguished guests, and more than 20 Chinese & Japanese media attended this Activity.

During the Activity, Mr. Testuro Homma said, Yada Panasonic Community was the first completed wellness & aged-care community with the largest scale in China based on strategic cooperation between Panasonic and Yada. Panasonic participated in the whole process of community planning & construction and created a reassuring, safe and comfortable life for customers through their exclusive innovation technology and intelligent equipment related to air, light and water. It is a milestone for both sides’ strategic cooperation, a new start for Panasonic’s WST business and a model project for deeper cooperation between Sino-Japanese enterprises.

According to Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning, in the past over ten years, Yada always focused on China’s healthcare & aged-care industries and expected to make contribution to the gradually severe aging society by own exploration and efforts. During the creation of Yada Panasonic Community, Yada and Panasonic teams coordinated fully so that they did not only overcome the epidemic impact, but also strive to do every detail to the upmost, meeting client demands and ensuring a high-quality project completion. Since the delivery, the intelligent living space and lifestyle created by Yada Panasonic Community have withstood the market test and win unanimous praise from the residents.

Vice Secretary of Yixing Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Mr. Hu Xiaojian affirmed Yada’s contribution to Yixing’s cultural tourism development. WELL License Awarding Ceremony was held during the Event. Present of International Well Building Institute (IWBI) Asia Company Ms. Xue Ya issued WELL HSR Performance Rating to Yada Panasonic Community.

During the WST exchange meeting, Manager of WST Promotion Department of Building & Housing Solution Business Division of Panasonic China &Northeast Asia Company Mr. Liu Haiqing gave a detailed introduction on smart and healthy lifestyle created by Yada Panasonic Community to the distinguished guests and the media on-site.
