Nanjing Gucheng Bay New Century Resort Starts Soft Opening

At the beginning of New Year, Nanjing Gucheng Bay New Century Resort, invested and constructed by Yada, has officially launched soft opening.

Gucheng Bay New Century Resort locates at Gucheng Bay, the leisure and tourism zone of Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park. With Gucheng Lake of around 40 km2 to the south and Gaochun Old Street with 800-year history to the north, the Hotel enjoys advantageous location.

The Hotel is constructed according to exquisite new Chinese architectural form and with Jiangnan water town garden environment. The interior space is simple but offers rich and diversified experience. The Hotel is committed to be the leading high-end family tour hotel in the surrounding area of Nanjing.

There are 160 guest rooms in the Hotel. Most of them are by the water. All guest rooms are designed in the principle of quality first and adopt minimalism. It pursues the living experience of “Tranquility in and Prosperity out”. The Hotel also has several guestrooms featuring the theme of parent-child leisure. They are designed from five aspects, including child safety, interestingness, parent-child interaction, learning through play and leisure.

The Hotel has three characteristic restaurants. Chun Restaurant has 120 seats. It features the local cuisine integrating Anhui flavor and innovatives dishes combing characteristics of Hangzhou and Cantonese flavor. In addition, there is a crab theme restaurant, rare in East China. It will be open in July 2021. Two sides of the Restaurant face the water. On another side of it, there is a crab pool. Guests could arrive there by boat. The experience is like the atmosphere of ancient poem “talking Wu Yue Culture with alcohol and crab claw, laughing like a child during sailing and paddling”.

To meet diversified demands of customers, the Hotel is equipped with three meeting rooms, two gyms, a bar, a book bar and space for children activities.

Gucheng Bay New Century Resort is one of the important components of Nanjing Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park. The Park is the first investment project of Yada Capital since its establishment. The total planning area of the Project is 1189 mu. The total investment is about 4.2 billion yuan.
