Yada Yangxian Xishan Publishes Good Life Annual Report 2021

On January 23rd, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park published Yada Yangxian Xishan Good Life Annual Report 2021, summarizing the overall operational conditions of the Town in 2021 by data from aspects such as commerce, tourism, culture, community service and property management, in order to give an all-round presentation on its development and construction achievements.

In 2021, Town Center of Yada Yangxian Xishan newly added 14 establishments into its commercial line, including Golden Era Cinema, Victoria Harbour Tea Restaurant, Being Space, Loong Retreat Hotels & Resorts, Lawson’s Convenience Store, Kuan Zuo Sichuan-style Hot Pot, Natural Spa and etc. Till now, there have been 42 stores in total, covering multiple business types, such as catering, hospitality, culture, entertainment and shopping.

The Town Center held more than 10 large and medium-scale celebrating events in the past whole year, with over 1.2 million total passenger flow. Centering on traditional Chinese festival themes, all events spread national customs and culture in rich forms, including Yangxian Spring Festival Activity, Xishan Lantern Festival Celebration, Xishan Spring Outing Season, Guests Gathering Festive Day, Yangxian Xishan Mid-Autumn Lantern Show and etc. The 2nd Yangxian Xishan Mid-Autumn Lantern Show attracted over 200,000 tourists all over the country.

Taking Yada Academy as the carrier, the Town has continued to enrich and innovate the community’s culture life, meeting various spiritual demands of residents and local people. In 2021, Yada Academy offered 22 courses enrolled with 124 resident students; carried out 83 activities online and offline with over 8000 participants on the site and over 53000 followers online; invited famous painter Mr. Yang Mingyi, well-known host Mr. Bai Yansong, representative of China’s TV Opera Mr. Bai Yansheng, senior media writer Mr. Zhu Xuedong, Qin artist Ms. Wu Na and singer Mr. Lao Lang to hold 6 Yada Academy Lectures & Talks which was awarded “Yixing Public Reading Promotion Demonstration Project” for the second consecutive year; held 12 Resident Birthday Parties for 230 residents, as well as organized 9 outdoor picking activities, including Spring Tea Tour, Lily Picking, Summer Cherry Tomato Picking, Winter Taro Digging, leading over 200 residents to approach nature.

Town residents based on their hobbies organized 7 owner clubs spontaneously, namely Ji Ya Calligraphy & Painting, Lakeside Singing Club, Xishan Qingfen Orchid Club, Dong Da Research & Study, Xishan Tea Party, Xin Yin Ceramic Club and Sunshine Club, creating a community culture of learning and sharing together.

Supporting facilities of the Town have been gradually improved. In March 2021, Yada Hospital started construction. In September, Yada Fitness Center officially opened. In July, Yada Theater won The Architizer A+Awards. It would basically complete the overall construction at the end of 2021, and be formally put into operation in 2022.

The residential area construction has been advancing steadily and be delivered on schedule. On July 19th 2021, Panasonic Wellness Smart House was unveiled. On July 24th, Yada Panasonic Community sample room was officially open to the public, starting the international lifestyle of the Town.

During the year of 2021, Yada Yangxian Xishan delivered four residential clusters, namely Purity of Mind, Clouds, Streams and Plum Blossoms. 788 new households joined Xishan family. So far, the Town has delivered 1268 dwelling houses. Yada Greentown Property Management Company offered 7x24 life service to ensure the safe and orderly operation.

Looking back on 2021, Yada Yangxian Xishan has developed with visible number records. Under the core value of Virtue for Future, it always insists the construction & operation concept and requirement of Two Exceeds and Two Nevers to create quality product with original spirit, enrich the Town’s cultural connotation and interpret life aesthetics.
