Beijing Requires Commonweal Medical Cooperation and Supervises Brand Export

The first Public Hospital Medical Cooperation Management Rule of Beijing – Regulations of Beijing Municipal Hospital Medical Cooperation Project (on trial) - was issued recently. According to the Regulations, Beijing municipal hospitals shall stick to commonweal principle for any medical cooperation in the form of trusteeship, technical cooperation and health alliance. Without approval, no hospital is allowed to export brand for the cooperation reason to obtain profit for itself.
