MOCA Encourages to Set Up Market-oriented Independent Aged-care Investment Fund

Recently, 13 Ministries including the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Public Security jointly issued the Notice on Accelerating Reform of Aged-care Services Administration Optimization to further motivate private forces participating in the aged-care service development, reduce institutional cost to start-up access, and encourage setting up market-oriented independent aged-care private equity fund.
