Three Ministries Encourage PPP Mode to Develop Aged-care Services

Recently, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Civil Affairs and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the Implementation Opinions on Applying Public-Private Partnership to Support the Development of Aged-care Services. The File encourages to use PPP mode driving supply-side construction reform of the aged-care services, accelerating the cultivation and development of the aged-care services, forming multilevel, multichannel and diverse aged-care market, pushing the development of aging business and forming the safeguard model basic aged-care service and the improved middle-class aged-care services.
