Energy Saving Assessment Meeting of Wuzhen Project Held in Wuzhen

On Dec 31st 2012, Tongxiang Bureau of Housing and Construction organized experts to make energy assessment of Wuzhen project’s Community Culture Service Center and High-end Independent Residential Zone (East Area). Representatives from Tongxiang Bureau of Planning, Zhejiang Jiayu Engineering Management Company and Huaheng Engineering Design Company attended the meeting.

A brief introduction on Wuzhen project was made first to start the meeting. Then Tongxiang Hengcheng Energy Saving Tech Consulting Company as the editor of project energy saving assessment report made a topic report. Followed by reviewing the report, the attending experts respectively exchanged opinions on the heat preservation of external wall, retaining structure, the figure of external wall and the use of renewable energy, and finally they formed professional view on the energy saving of the corresponding projects.

After hearing the experts’ view, Tongxiang Bureau of Housing and Construction approved that Wuzhen project’s Community Culture Service Center and High-end Independent Residential Zone (East Area) passed the energy saving assessment.
