Concept Planning Meeting of Beijing Project Held at Perkins Eastman’s New York Headquarters

On April 23rd, the concept planning meeting of Beijing project was held at Perkins Eastman’s New York headquarters. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning and Vice President Ms. Gao Xiang attended the meeting.

PE’s Senior Design Director and Vice President Mr. Roland Baer, and Architectural Design Director and Vice President Ms. Sun Ming extended warm welcome for Yada’s visit. They said PE’s design group had attached great importance to Yada’s Beijing project and carried on times of discussions and modifications of the planning scheme since their first visit to Yada on April 7th. Then Mr. Roland Baer explained the concept planning scheme in detail to Mr. Jiang Jianning and the visiting team.

Mr. Jiang Jianning appreciated PE’s serious working attitude and put forward specific advice on the concept planning scheme. He hoped that the designer would take full account of the limiting factors such as the plot ratio, adjust the partition of the existing residential types and areas, and carry out more reasonable inductive presentation on the key data and index in the concept planning scheme.

PE accepted Chairman Mr. Jiang’s advice and agreed to submit the revised concept planning scheme to Yada before May 4th.
