In mid-to-late April, Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning led a work team to inspect the aged-care industry in the US. The delegation visited Sun City Palm Desert in Palm Springs, California, Sun City Arizona and Royal Oaks in Phoenix, Arizona, Kendal on the Hudson in New York successively.
Accompanied by these communities’ principals and operational executives, the delegation mainly surveyed on the environment and facilities and carried out a detailed discussion on the history and current situation of the community, the operation and management mode with the counterparts in the US. With ten days intense site visit, the delegation managed to understand in-depth about the development process and advanced concepts of the aged-care industry in the US. Think though and obtain valuable experience worth learning and applicable in China’s aged-care area. With this the delegation accessed to first hand information that is beneficial to the company.
During the visit, Mr. Jiang Jianning introduced the development of China’s aged-care industry and the project situation of Yada. He said that the aged-care industry in China and the US was at different stages, and the concepts of aged-care based on social patterns and cultural diversity were also different, but the aged people in both countries share one thing in common: hoping for a better future. Yada would commit itself fully to bring valuable oversea experience to China and build up a comfortable dream land for the aged.
Sun City Palm Desert is located in Southern California’s Coachella Valley. It has beautiful scenery and the climate is warm and dry. The construction of the project started in 1992 and put into use in 2003.

Sun City Arizona, located in the northwest of Phoenix, has more than 312 days sunshine annually. Construction started in 1960 by Dell Webb and gradually completed over 20 years. It’s the earliest and largest community among all Sun City communities.
Kendal on the Hudsons, a CCRC community, lies in Sleepy Hollow, New York with a view of picturesque Hudson River. Its architecture design and interior decoration are completed by renowned American design company Perkins Eastman and it adopts Quaker humanized operation management idea.
Royal Oaks, the only CCRC community in Sun City, lies in the northwest of Phoenix. It began operating since 1983 and it’s a non-profit aged-care institution operated by the People of Faith Foundation.
