Senior Management of Generali Life Insurance Visits Yada International

On the afternoon of May 21st 2013, Chairman of Generali Life Insurance Co., Ltd Mr. Wang Lin and Board Member Mr. You Yibing visited Yada’s Beijing headquarters and had a discussion with Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Vice Presidents Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang.

Mr. Jiang Jianning welcomed the visiting guests from Generali and briefly introduced them with the business strategy of Yada International as well as the blueprint and latest developments of Yada International’s projects in Wuzhen and Beijing. Both sides discussed the industry status, market prospect and development pattern in China’s aged-care industry. Mr. Wang Lin highly appreciated the business strategy of Yada International in the field of aged-care and rehabilitation and expected the two sides to explore the potential opportunities of cooperation.

Generali Life Insurance Co., Ltd, founded jointly by Assicurazioni Generali and CNPC in 2002, is the first Sino-foreign joint-venture insurance company to be established with the approval of the Chinese government after China’s accession to WTO. Currently, Generali Life Insurance is the largest joint-venture life insurance company in China, with registered capital of 3.3 billion Yuan and total assets of over 40 billion Yuan.
