Wuzhen Independent Retirement Residential Zone West Area Passed the Energy Saving Assessment

On May 24th 2013, Tongxiang Bureau of Housing and Construction organized experts to make energy assessment of Wuzhen Independent Retirement Residential Zone West Area. Hangzhou 9m Design Institute, Shanghai Lin-Li Design Institute and other related units attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Principal of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd gave a brief introduction on the related situations of the project.Then Tongxiang Hengcheng Energy Saving Tech Consulting Company as the editor of project energy saving assessment report made a theme report.Followed by reviewing the report, the attending experts respectively exchanged opinions on the building material, the roof thermal insulation and the outdoor public energy saving equipment, and finally they formed unified professional opinions on the energy saving of the corresponding projects.

After hearing the experts’ view, Tongxiang Bureau of Housing and Construction approved that Wuzhen Independent Retirement Residential Zone West Area passed the energy saving assessment.
