Colisee Patrimoine Group Revisits Yada International

On Aug 22nd 2013, Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning warmly received Director General Delegates of Colisee Patrimoine Group Mr. Pascal Brunelet, Director of Operations Mr. Olivier Dessajan and Asia Zone Senior Consultant Ms. Wan Libei at Yada’s Beijing headquarters. Vice Presidents Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Pascal Brunelet made a detailed introduction on the preliminary planning of the Nursing Homes Demonstration Zone in Wuzhen Project. According to Colisee’s understanding of China’s market, they provided with multiple scenarios about the construction scale and number of beds of the Nursing Homes Demonstration Zone, planned to set up the aged accommodation, day care center, training center and staff dormitory etc and made full use of the landscape along the river to make a good living environment for the aged.

Then the participants communicated about the preliminary planning and had an in-depth discussion on the business model and cooperation form based on the Bordeaux meeting. Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that Yada fully respected Colisee’s opinions on the planning and operation of the Nursing Homes Demonstration Zone because of trust and the mutual desire to succeed in China.  The two parties decided to meet again next month and make the final round of discussion on the cooperation form.
