Theme Meeting on Aged-care Service of Wuzhen Project Held in Hangzhou

On the afternoon of Sep 29th 2013, the Theme Meeting on Aged-care Service of Wuzhen Project was held at Hangzhou Rose Garden Resort & Spa Hotel. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning chaired the meeting. Chairman of Greentown China Holdings Mr. Song Weiping, Executive General Manager Mr. Ying Guoyong, President of Wuzhen Tourist Co, Ltd Mr. Chen Xianghong, Vice President of Yada Mr. Zhou Jianping and General Manager of Greentown Yiju Investment Company Ms. Jiang Hui attended the meeting. All participants had an in-depth discussion on how to build China’s true benchmarking project of aged-care industry through completing aged-care functions and supporting facilities, and reached a consensus.

Based on Yada and Greentown’s mutual vision of developing China’s aged-care industry, the meeting decided to expand the existing good cooperation in independent aged-care service to the field of dependent aged-care service, corresponding personnel training and management services. The meeting requested that the operation team should promptly work out the business model of dependent aged-care service as well as the conceptual design plan on the basic of established partnerships and speed up the implementation.

At the meeting, the attendees also made well-planned arrangements on the simultaneous use of the project’s main entrance, main road and supporting commercial facilities adjacent to the Independent Retirement Residential Zone before the project’s first phase put into operation at the end of 2014.
