Yada and Jiaxing Second Hospital Held Monthly Work Meeting

On 16th Oct 2013, Vice President of Yada International Ms. Gao Xiang led a work team to Jiaxing Second Hospital and held the Monthly Work Meeting on Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital with Director of Jiaxing Second Hospital Mr. Wu Zhan, Vice Directors Mr. Zhong Zhengxiang and Mr. Shao pingyang, Head of Rehabilitation Medical Center Mr. Gu Xudong and relevant department heads.

The meeting centered on hospital preparations related to project infrastructure engineering, medical equipment purchasing, IT system construction, hospital framework and recruitment, discipline construction and marketing, and administrative approval coordination etc. The main members of each working group respectively reported current working framework, estimated time arrangement and work progress to the core working group as well as discussed on solutions of hospital function layout adjustment, large radiological equipment configuration and approval workflow, software suppliers selection, relevant administrative license preparation.

The meeting pointed out that the preparatory work should start from the project’s self-positioning and ensure the organic integration of Chinese medical regulations and German advanced rehabilitation concepts. Based on the discussion at the meeting, all working groups should quickly take action and submit written reports detailing the work plan, time arrangement, personnel allocation, budget estimation and important problem’s study results by the end of this month.
