Wuzhen Graceland Selected as Pilot Project of Chinese Elderly Livable Community

From Oct 26th to Oct 27th 2013, Communication Conference on Chinese Elderly Community Projects and 2nd Summit Forum of Asia-Pacific Aged-care Real Estate were held at Yixing, Jiangsu Province. The meeting was aimed at advancing the development of Chinese elderly livable community pilot projects and elderly community construction system as well as further encouraging and guiding social capital to participate in investment, development, construction and operation of elderly community. Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd was invited to attend the conference as enterprise representative working on nationwide excellent elderly community.

At the conference, the participating officials and enterprises highly appraised the overall development mode and integrated aged-care mode of Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park. General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Haoyi specially introduced the pioneering college style aged-care mode of Wuzhen Graceland and shared the development concept, optimum ageing design practice and construction experience.

After evaluation by China Silver Industry Association and China Real Estate Association, Wuzhen Graceland was officially selected as first bunch of Chinese Elderly Livable Community Pilot Project.
