Cooperation Signing Ceremony between Yada IRH and Jiaxing Second Hospital Held at Wuzhen

On Nov 8th 2013, the Cooperation Signing Ceremony of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital and Jiaxing Second Hospital was held at Wuzhen Town of Jiaxing City. Vice Mayor of Jiaxing Mr. Chai Yongqiang, Director of Zhejiang Provincial Health Bureau's Medical Affairs Office Mr. Wang Zhen, Secretary of CPC Tongxiang Committee Mr. Lu Yuedong, Director of Jiangxing City Health Bureau Mr. Yan Jidan, Deputy Director of Jiaxing City Health Bureau's Medical Affairs Office Mr. Zhang Chunqi, Director of Tongxiang City Health Bureau Mr. Shen Binglin, Party Secretary of Wuzhen Town Mr. Tao Yongchun, Director of Jiaxing Second Hospital Mr. Wu Zhan, Party Secretary Mr. Jiang Liqin, Deputy Director Mr. Shao Pingyang, Head of Rehabilitation Medical Center Mr. Gu Xudong, Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Vice Presidents Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang, General Manager of Leader (Beijing) Medical Park Management Advisory Ltd. Mr. Li Ruicheng and German rehabilitation medical expert Prof. Dr. Karl-Heinz Mauritz attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, attending officials and guests delivered speeches respectively and extended sincere congratulation and affirmation to the cooperation between Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital and Jiaxing Second Hospital.

Mr. Jiang Jianning expressed his gratitude to those who persistently concerned about and supported Yada International Health Ecological Park. He pointed out that, with the increasing aging population in China, healthcare industry has become a booming social undertaking at present and in the future. Investment and Construction of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital is an important step for Yada to step into healthcare industry. Yada would exploit a new way of combing public health resources with social capital and satisfying public multilevel needs for medical services through cooperating with Jiaxing Second Hospital.

Mr. Jiang Liqin introduced in his speech that Rehabilitation Medical Center of Jiaxing Second Hospital was the key medical discipline in Zhejiang. Mutual cooperation could realize complementary advantages and resources sharing, provide patients with high-class, efficient and safe rehabilitation medical service, cultivate more clinical rehabilitation talents as well as promote the development of rehabilitation medicine in Jiaxing area.

Renowned German medical expert and Head of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital's foreign medical team Dr. Mauritz appreciated Yada's unremitting efforts in promoting the development of rehabilitation. He hoped to bring advanced international rehabilitation technologies and concepts into Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital through mutual cooperation.

Mr. Yan Jidan indicated that Jiaxing City Health Bureau would encourage public and private medical institutions to communicate and cooperate in multi-level and various patterns as well as provide strong supports in personnel training, discipline construction etc.

Mr. Wang Zhen said that the cooperation reflects concrete action of implementing the State Council and local governments’ policies and guidelines about accelerating the development of healthcare industry base on practical situation in Jiaxing. He hoped that both parties would take the chance to explore and build a new collaborative model between public and private hospitals.

Mr. Lu Yuedong stated that Tongxiang is vigorously developing wellness and aged-care industry on the target of constructing the top tourism county in China which needed strong support from all kinds of high quality medical institutions. The win-win cooperation between Yada and Jiaxing Second Hospital would further enhance medical service level and bring rapid development to healthcare industry in Tongxiang.

Mr. Chai Yongqiang said that, in the context of deepening national medical system reform and developing healthcare industry, the cooperation is a brave piloting trail of social capital running hospitals and it would further improve medical service system in Jiaxing as well as meet the increasing needs for rehabilitation.

At last, Mr. Jiang Jianning and Mr. Wu Zhan signed the agreement and the ceremony successfully concluded.

Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital, located at Wuzhen, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, is one of Wuzhen Project's key sectors and the first international ecological rehabilitation hospital in China with sophisticated healthcare functions.
