Preparatory Period Work Meeting of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital Held in Jiaxing

On Feb 27th 2014, Vice President of Yada International Ms. Gao Xiang led a work team to Jiaxing Second Hospital and held a meeting to discuss recent preparatory work of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital with Director of Jiaxing Second Hospital Mr. Wu Zhan, Vice Directors Mr. Zhong Zhengxiang and Mr. Shao pingyang, Head of Rehabilitation Medical Center Mr. Gu Xudong and relevant department heads.

The meeting focused on the infrastructure engineering, medical equipment purchasing, IT system construction and medical service pricing. The construction team reported on the recent project progress and control of timeline, and brought about kitchen function division, laundry location adjustment and other details for discussion. The equipment team reported on three aspects including medical equipment list, infrastructure engineering coordination and equipment purchasing implement. The medical affairs team introduced related policies of hospital pricing, consideration factors of joining healthcare system and commercial health insurance such as strength, weakness and feasibility and consulted experts from Jiaxing Second Hospital about standardizing processes, following which IT team briefed on the recent work progress.

The meeting also communicated on Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital's recruitment work and confirmed the preparatory work focus in the next stage.
