Focus Report on Yada’s Miyun Project Made to Beijing Municipal Government

On 17th Mar 2014, Beijing Municipal Government held a meeting for focus report on Yada's Miyun Project. Executive Deputy Mayor of Beijing Mr. Li Shixiang chaired the meeting. Principal officials of Beijing Development and Reform Commission, Planning Commission, Land and Resources Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau and Miyun County Government, as well as Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning and Vice Presidents Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang attended the meeting.

At the meeting, County Chief of Miyun Mr. Wang Haichen briefed on Yada's corporate profile, Miyun Project's overview and issues currently unresolved. After hearing the briefing, officials of Beijing Municipal Government and relevant departments were very supportive, and put forward concrete suggestions on problems and challenges appearing when project lands.

Mr. Li Shixiang pointed out that with great attention to the aging population issue and the development of aged-care industry, the CPC and government attach importance to the integration of governmental and social strength in order to fill up the service gap of Beijing aged-care market. Yada's strong shareholder background and operation experience of Wuzhen Project offer a guarantee for Miyun Project's success. Meanwhile, Mr. Li Shixiang required to further study Yada project's positioning, scale and mode based on Beijing's urban function facilities alleviation, ecological protection and aged-care market characteristics, so as to ensure the project fully satisfy Bejing's aged-care service demand.

Mr. Jiang Jianning said that Yada's Miyun Project is based in Beijing and targeting to serve the senior people from the capital area. In accordance with the meeting spirit, Yada will jointly work together with Miyun County Government, Civil Affairs Bureau and other relevant departments to enhance the Miyun Project Plan soon.
