Report Meeting of Yada IHEP Leisure & Tourism Zone Conceptual Design Held

On 12th January 2015, the 3rd Report Meeting on Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP) Leisure & Tourism Zone Conceptual Design was held at Yada International’s Beijing headquarters. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, General Manager of Greentown Oriental Architects (GOA) Mr. Lu Hao, Business Development Director of InterContinental Hotels Group Greater China Ms. Wo Hengyan, Vice Presidents of Yada Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang and other related people attended the meeting.

At the meeting, GOA introduced the overall design concept of Leisure & Tourism Zone through the connections amongst three major elements namely water, plants and houses. In addition, based on thorough analysis on the conditions of the land piece, the scale and other details, GOA explained the functional division of Leisure & Tourism Zone including space allocation, overall plan, streamline analysis and renderings display. Ms. Wo Hengyan provided professional suggestions from the perspective of hotel management and operation.

During the meeting, participants also discussed the reasonability of the conceptual design. Mr. Jiang Jianning defined the market positioning, architecture form and development pace of each functional area, and required GOA to further adjust the building orientation and structure, optimize the current plan, and make most efforts to create an international fashion & leisure park.

According to the meeting, GOA would finalize the design as soon as possible and Leisure & Tourism Zone was named as “Wuzhen Da Garden”.
