Yada International’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Held

On 22nd January 2015, Yada International’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held at its Beijing headquarters. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Partner of IDG Capital Partners Mr. Li Jianguang, Managing Director of Sequoia Capital China Mr. Yao Yu, Mr. Tang Zhou of Shenzhen Golden Palm and other shareholders’ representatives were present. Vice Presidents Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Zhou Jianping reported the progress of of Yada IHEP to the shareholders, and Finance Director Mr. Dong Huanbo introduced the corporate overall financial performance in the year of 2014. The meeting also reviewed and passed 2014 Financial Budget and Final Accounts of Yada International as well as the year-end dividends proposal.

At last, Mr. Jiang Jianning had an in-depth communication with shareholders regarding YaDa’s following development.
