Along with the recent issuing of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital’s practice license as well as the sequential completion of relevant sections in Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP), the workforce of Zhejiang Yada International Health Park Development Co., Ltd (Zhejiang Yada) is growing. In such case, Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning stressed in particular that, team building is the base of a company at the initial phase, and staff training as the key of it matters the company’s soft power and core competence and should be paid persistent attention on.
On the afternoon of July 9th 2015, Zhejiang Yada officially started the all-hands staff training. More than 80 people from Zhejiang Yada and its subsidiaries attended this training.
At the kick-off meeting, management of Zhejiang Yada and its subsidiaries introduced the corporate development history and background, the overall plan and development idea of IHEP as well as the construction progress of Zhejiang Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital, Wuzhen Graceland and Alila Hotel. This meeting gave all staff a more comprehensive picture of the company and its healthcare and aged-care business.
Beginning with the corporate culture, the training mainly for the new employees will last one month with four themes, namely the corporate culture, institutional norms, service etiquette and safety awareness. This training aims to strengthen the understanding of the company, improve the service skills, enhance the team cohesiveness, boost the sense of pride and belonging, and lay a good foundation for the growth of Zhejiang Yada.
