Concept Design Review Meeting of Yada Alila Hotel Wuzhen Held

On July 23rd 2015, the Concept Design Review Meeting of Yada Alila Hotel Wuzhen was held at Yada International Health Ecological Park. General Manager of Zhejiang Yada International Health Park Development Co., Ltd Mr. Zhou Jianping, Standing Deputy General Manager Mr. Cui Qiang, General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Haoyi, Founder of Alila Hotel Management Company Mr. Mark A Edleson, Vice President Mr. Sean Brennan, General Manager of Greentown Oriental Architects (GOA) Mr. Lu Hao and Partner Mr. Zhang Xun attended the meeting. Mr. Zhou Jianping chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, Alila reported their market research on Yada Alila Hotel Wuzhen at the macro and micro levels respectively, and detailed the design positioning of the Hotel, and GOA illustrated the phased achievements of the concept design. All participants had an in-depth discussion on these issues and reached an agreement on the project positioning and concept design scheme.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zhou Jianping required GOA to finalize the plan adjustment and deepening in one week’s time and Alila to improve the Hotel Concept Design and Positioning Report according to the review comments. Three sides should maintain close communication and confirm the concept design scheme at the teleconference one week later for Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning’s approval in order to accelerate the implementation of the Hotel’s design scheme.

During the meeting, the participants from Alila and GOA also visited Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital and Wuzhen Graceland accompanied by Mr. Zhou Jianping.
