Yada International’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Held

On 14th January 2016, Yada International’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held at its Beijing headquarters. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Partner of IDG Capital Partners Mr. Li Jianguang, Managing Director of Sequoia Capital China Mr. Wang Feng, Director of Yunfeng Capital Mr. Pan Shuimiao, Mr. Cai Jiancong of Shenzhen Golden Palm and other shareholder’s representatives were present. Vice President Mr. Zhou Jianping and the relevant personnel attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Zhou Jianping reported the overall operational matters of Yada International Health Ecological Park(IHEP) in the year of 2015 on behalf of the company, and Finance Director Mr. Dong Huanbo introduced the corporate overall financial performance in 2015. The meeting also reviewed other specific proposals.

At last, Mr. Jiang Jianning had an in-depth communication with shareholder’s representativesregarding Yada’s following development plan.
