Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning Gives Work Instructions in Yada Hospital Operation Meeting

On the morning of April 20th, the Regular Operation and Management Meeting of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital was held in the hospital meeting room. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning attended and gave important work instructions during the meeting.

Chairman Mr. Jiang points out that, as the core sector of Yada Wuzhen Project, Yada Hospital’s development gets high attentions from the company. In 2016, the hospital enters into the formal operation stage and will face with practical challenges from many aspects, such as brand construction, market promotion, service ability and team building. The hospital should define operational objectives at each stage of delevelopment and detail the work content based on a long-term development vision, and evaluate the performance in a qualitative and quantitative manner, so that the hospital could run in a well-organized, healthy and positive way.

Team building is a priority in hospital development. Yada Hospital should set up standard assessment and training mechanism to enhance the team spirit and overall quality, encourage staff to take initiative to adapt to new situation and requirements and provide better service to the patients. The hospital should also create a platform on which the staff could demonstrate their value and realize personal growth. Meanwhile, the hospital management team should be both aspiring and down-to-earth, actively embrace new environment, realize the transformation and keep self-examination according to the corporate overall objective, start from themselves, from today, from details, and grow together with the company.
