Zone A and Zone B of Wuzhen Da Garden listed as 2016 Zhejiang Major Service Projects

Zhejiang Development and Reform Commission reviewed and approved 2016 Zhejiang Major Service Projects Plan recently. Da Garden Zone A and Zone B of Yada Wuzhen Project have been selected.

Da Garden Zone A is a creative office park which covers 73.5 mu (about 49,000 square meters). Zone B is Alila hotel project covering 60 mu (about 40,000 square meters) with 25,578 square meters floorage and 125 rooms. Now, the two projects are under construction and will come into use in 2018.  

On the principle of “Innovation, Stimulation and Feasibility”, 2016 Zhejiang Major Service Projects Plan collected 216 projects in 8 categories covering tourism, cultural services, healthcare (aged-care) services, modern logistics and information service, with total investment of 238.87 billion yuan, in which, 41.78 billion yuan will be invested in 2016.

According to the Interim Procedures on Zhejiang Major Service Projects Management, Zhejiang Province will select a batch of major service projects every year, and push their implementation so as to accelerate the service industry development in the province. All selected projects will receive priority financial supports from all levels of service industry development special financial funds as well as preferential policies such as priority in land-use approval.
