Youth Plaza and Wuzhen Da Garden Planning and Design Meeting Held at Yada IHEP

On the morning of October 24th 2016, Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP) Youth Plaza and Da Garden Design Meeting was held at Zhejiang Yada International Health Park Development Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Yada). Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, General Manager of Greentown Oriental Architects (GOA) Mr. Lu Hao, General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Mr. Dong Ping and General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Company Ltd. Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the meeting.

General Manager of GOA Mr. Lu Hao introduced the latest planning and design on the Youth Plaza, and reported the adjusted plan of Da Garden Commercial Street as well as the planning of the small commercial buildings next to the north entrance of the landscape avenue. The meeting had a deep discussion on the business layout of the Youth Plaza, the apartment orientation and the Commercial Street’s projects. It also studied Da Garden Commercial Street’s accesses to the surrounding roads, and discussed the functional positioning of the land east to the Commercial Street. Mr. Jiang Jianning confirmed the design team’s innovative design concept to the Youth Plaza as a project for the young societies, and expected the design team to focus on the commercial arrangement and the route guidance inside and outside the site from an overall perspective.

At last, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning asked the design team to finalize adjustments on the Youth Plaza planning and design as soon as possible. General Manager Mr. Lu Hao said, they would work in close collaboration with Everbright team, further study the commercial arrangement of the Youth Plaza and accomplish the relevant design work based on the meeting.
