Based on the integral requirement of CBM and the corporate facts, he proposed three objectives: by activating awareness, building up ideas and determining objectives and key points, work in unison and full participation to formulate the CBM plan; by the process reengineering, the process management and control as well as the continuous optimization, realize the CBM mechanism; and by the voluntary participation and the habit formation, create CBM culture. He asked all participants to clear up the extraneous thoughts and have themselves involved in, eliminate inactions and undertake the due obligations, as well as get over the disorderliness and implement the mechanism. The course of the CMB implementation should be the course of the corporate development and the staff growth up.
Then, the corporate budget management consultant Ms. Wei Linying, a former Accenture partner, gave a special training on the CMB’s concept, significance and operation measures.
