Yangxian Xishan Health Ecological Park Planning Design Review Meeting Held

On September 7th 2017, Yangxian Xishan Project Planning Design Stage II Review Meeting was held at Zhejiang Yada International Health Ecological Park. Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, General Manager of GOA Mr. Lu Hao, designer Mr. Chen Binxin, President of Jiangsu Jizhi Architecture Design Engineering Co. Mr. Wang Hui, Financial Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice President of Yada Harmony Mr. Li Suiching, Administration Director of Yada Capital Mr. Liu Xuezhong, Vice President of Yada Capital Mr. Xu Bin and General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Company Ltd. Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the meeting.


During the meeting, GOA designer Mr. Chen Binxin introduced the amended overall planning and the function layout design concept. Mr. Wang Hui presented the preliminary ideas of water environment treatment, water resource utilization and pollution control. Ager Group gave a further concept on landscape design. Participants had an in-depth discussion on the above plans.


Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning affirmed the Stage II optimized planning design, and gave specific requirements on the project’s overall planning, business type and function layout. He pointed out that, the Park’s business type arrangement and function layout should link up to the local supporting public resources, transportation network planning and parking lot locations, the planning design of the protection zone should coordinate with the Park design, in particular the business type layout of the developing land should take the sustainable operation in mind.


Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning also gave specific opinions on the linking of the Park sideline to the local transportation network, water, electricity and gas supply networks, the town streets and lanes’ texture, the buildings’ shape and orientation, as well as the layout of the sport center and the organic tea land. He emphasized that, the commencement date of Stage I construction is approaching, the feasible land and architecture planning could be submitted to the government for approval in advance and the further design could go ahead in order to ensure the timely foundation-stone laying.
