Yixing Mingling Yaohu Town Planning Stage II Review Meeting Held

On December 7th 2017, Yixing Mingling Yaohu Town Planning Stage II Review Work Meeting was held at Zhejiang Yada International Health Ecological Park. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Chairman of Wuzhen Alliance Scenic Construction Management Co., Ltd Mr. Chen Xianghong, Deputy Mayor of Yixing Mr. Ma Zhong, senior management of Wuzhen Alliance Scenic Construction Company and planning design team, responsible people of Yixing Municipal Land and Resources Bureau and Planning Bureau, Yada investment team members Ms. Gao Xiang, Mr. Li Suiching, Mr. Zhu Haoyi and Mr. Jiang Ziyang attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the planning design team introduced the optimized project planning design plan and design ideas on the business type and function layout. Chairman Mr. Chen Xianghong expounded the idea of creating Yaohu’s core scenic area, purple sands street, convention-exhibition hotel, tea garden experience holiday resort, culture & art block and sightseeing train based on Yixing’s culture connotation, as well as the landscape type and architectural form, and reported the progress on land surveying & mapping and the geothermal resources exploration.

Deputy Mayor Mr. Ma Zhong notified the project’s regional resettlement work progress and the work plan on supporting facilities involving the transportation planning, water & power supply expansion, pollution discharge and so on.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that, as a compound multi-theme park, Mingling Yaohu Town needs meticulous planning, deep-dug culture themes, well-maintained ecological environment and finely built landscape. He stressed that, the water resources utilization and forest land conversion should be completed in project proposal and approval according to the existing laws and regulations, the focus of the next step is to consider the business type positioning and the architecture forms, and the development sequence arrangement should be based on the land supply situation. Meanwhile, he advised the local government to speed up the municipal plan in transportation and the construction of the supporting facilities.
